Pioneer Ski Patrol

Pioneer Ski Patrol is a combined Nordic and Alpine service patrol that started in the Matanuska-Susitna Valley area of Alaska in 1997. The Pioneer Ski Patrol is affiliated with Hatcher Pass, Crevasse Moraine, Alpenglow, and Hilltop ski areas.
The Pioneer Ski Patrol is active all year. Besides patrolling the affiliated areas, we sponsor several training opportunities, including intensive OEC (Outdoor Emergency Care) courses.

The Pioneer Ski Patrol meets the third Thursday of every month at the MSB Parks Shop (Gulkana & Auklet), in Palmer, at 7 P.M.
